We’ve found the root cause of the issue and working on a fix.

Due to issues on the infrastructure, Carrier TMS and Shipper TMS are not available starting from 10 PM CST. The team is investigating the issue.

The Super Dispatch Platform is now working normally.

We experienced an interruption today because of a major outage at Google, which impacted services around the world. Google has since resolved the problem, and our platform is now fully operational.
