In order to improve and maintain system speed and reliability, database migrations for the Carrier TMS are scheduled to occur during our November 24, 2019 maintenance window, and is expected to take less than 20 mins to complete. During the maintenance window, some customers may experience connectivity issues while trying to access the Carrier TMS. Updates sent from Webhooks are also expected to experience sending issues.
Other services, including the Sipper TMS, DriveAway TMS, and ELD service, are not expected to be impacted at all.
The Super Dispatch system status page will be updated when this routing upgrade begins, and will again be updated at the completion.
