Pricing Insights & Pricing Insights API Maintenance

We are currently performing a scheduled infrastructure upgrade on the Pricing Insights service to improve performance and stability.
Impact:
Pricing Insights API: May return connection errors or 503 Service Unavailable responses.
Shipper TMS: Automated pricing recommendations for new orders may be unavailable.
Please note that core functionality for Shipper TMS and Carrier TMS is not affected.
